The Steering Group members believe that the parish is a wonderful place to live but it lacks the facilities and amenities that promote community involvement and cohesion. These beliefs have been reinforced by most of the conversations we have had with residents.

In our Vision Statement for how the parish will look in 20 years time, our aspiration is:

Improved services, facilities and amenities will have improved our quality of life, created a sense of well-being, promoted community safety and enabled active and healthy lifestyles for all members of the community. The sense of community spirit and cohesion will have been promoted, fostered and increased.
